About EQ

Who We Are

We are a leading project development firm specializing in economic, real estate, and infrastructure projects across Africa and the Middle East. We also extend our project consultancy and project management services to partners pursuing the development of their properties to successful ventures. Whether high-end real estate developments, affordable housing projects, hospitality, commercial complexes, economic and industrial zones, water schemes, and conventional power plants, our projects are developed by our team of professionals. Based in Jordan with offices in the U.A.E, Ghana, and Nigeria, we breathe life into new communities and burgeon economies across different markets.

Our Story

In 2002, we began as pioneers in infrastructure development with a multi-disciplined approach under one entity: positioning ourselves as a one- stop firm for our sovereign, sub- sovereign, private clients, and multilateral development banks pursuing a turnkey solution for the development of their infrastructure projects.

In 2008, we applied the same services we offer our clients to ourselves, evolving to encompass the development of EQ’s very own real estate and infrastructure projects, ranging from economical to high-end developments.

Today, EQ’s footprint is found across several countries throughout Africa and the Middle East.
